    PROJECT OVERVIEW:

  • Nortel Networks had a suite of web-based learning products on the use of database switchers.

  • Herridge worked as representative of Innovatia to repurpose this existing training to create learning objects.

  • In addition, Herridge provided strategic direction and coaching on using learning objects, the templates provided, design and development standards and how to outsource for future development.

    PROJECT OVERVIEW:

  • Air Canada needed more flexibility in its annual training for de-icing crews (required by the National Transportation Act).

  • From the regulatory training program, Herridge designed and developed a series of learning objects that could be used both in instructor-led and online self study environments.

  • The client can use the templates and standards for further development as required.
